1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using realestatetours.org or registering for any RETW experience, event, tour, masterclass, or related service (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register.

2. Who We Are

Real Estate Tours Worldwide (RETW) is an educational and networking platform created by Unicorn Properties LLC to connect real estate professionals, investors, and developers with international market opportunities through in-person tours, conferences, and online resources.

3. Nature of the Service

RETW provides educational, informational, and networking experiences. We are not acting as your broker, attorney, tax advisor, or financial advisor. All information is for educational purposes only. You are responsible for seeking your own legal, tax, and financial advice before investing or transacting in real estate abroad.

4. Event / Tour Descriptions

From time to time we publish event pages, itineraries, prices, and inclusions. These are subject to change without prior notice due to venue availability, local requirements, weather, or partner changes. We reserve the right to modify or cancel an event and to offer a comparable alternative.

5. Pricing & Payments

- Prices listed on the website or landing pages are in USD unless stated otherwise.

- Unless explicitly stated, flights, visas, hotel stays, and personal expenses are not included.

- Your spot is confirmed only after payment is received.

- We may change prices at any time for future events.

6. Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations

Because our events often have limited capacity and involve third-party vendors, all sales are final. In certain cases we may allow you to transfer your ticket to another person or to a future date, at our discretion. If RETW cancels an event entirely, your remedy is a refund of the event fee paid.

7. Travel & Documentation

You are solely responsible for your own travel arrangements, passports, visas, health requirements, and travel insurance. RETW is not responsible if you are unable to attend due to missing documentation or denied entry to a country.

8. Conduct

We aim to create high-level, collaborative experiences. We may refuse or remove participation from any person whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We showcase opportunities and connect you with vetted local professionals, but we do not guarantee profits, returns, or successful transactions. Real estate investment involves risk. You acknowledge that you make your own investment decisions.

10. Third-Party Partners

RETW works with local developers, brokers, attorneys, and service providers. These are independent third parties. We do not control their actions and are not liable for their services, contracts, or representations. All agreements you enter into with them are solely between you and them.

11. Use of Likeness

By attending an RETW event (online or in person), you agree that we may photograph, film, or record you and use such media for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and advertising, without compensation. If you do not wish to appear, notify us in writing before the event.

12. Privacy & Communications

By submitting your information, you agree that RETW may contact you via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone regarding events, updates, or related services. Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy (link on site).

13. Facebook / Social Media Disclosure

This website and its events may be promoted on Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta properties. This site is not endorsed by Facebook. By clicking on our Facebook/Instagram ads and registering, you acknowledge you are providing information to RETW and not to Facebook.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, videos, presentations, and event frameworks — is the property of RETW / Unicorn Properties LLC unless noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RETW, Unicorn Properties LLC, its owners, team members, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in an event. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid to RETW for the specific service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RETW and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your participation in an event, or your dealings with third-party providers introduced through RETW.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA (or your operating state). Any disputes will be handled in the applicable state or federal courts.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the website is the current version. Continued use of the site or participation in events means you accept the updated Terms.
